EXAM
INFORMATION
APPLICATION FEE:
$300. Jurisprudence re-exam $100 per section (Please check with Board
office for updates).
ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS:
Completed application form; required fee of $300; a copy of official
transcripts and diploma from Chiropractic College and Pre-chiropractic.
EXAMINATION: Complettion
of Jurisprudence Exam (to be taken via correspondence). Please contact
the Board office for information and exam.
ELIGIBILITY: Satisfactory
evidence of good character and repuation. A Baccalaureate degree is
required for licensing. A post matriculation Baccalaureate degree from
a CCE accredited Chiropractic college is acceptable. Graduate of CCE-approved
Chirorpactic college (including 120 hours of Physiotherapy). May take
examination 90 days prior to graduation (effective 10/1/1989)
NATIONAL BOARD REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Parts I, II, III, IV and Physiotherapy
RECIPROCITY: License
by endorsement Part IV accepted and/or Spec. exam may be required. Call
Board for more information.
CONTINUING EDUCATION:
Must have attended at least 12 hours of education in the year preceding
the application for renewal from an instructor with an accredited school.
Annual license renewal fee $200 Active and $100 In-Active.
